    Well at present you should now focus on just to get as many as marks in JEE Main 2019. Start preparing for the exam and clear all your doubts of the exam.
    It is the period where every aspirant start dreaming about his marks and calculating the chances of his selection.
    For all that answers you can (josaa.nic.in) and check previous year's cutoffs.

    With 210 marks in JEE Mains 2019 exam and 69.8% in 12th class, you will easily get admission in VNIT, Nagpur easily (seeing last year trends).

    Sorry, but here is no chance for less than 75%. It's an strict rule. You can try for private colleges.
