Hi, Yes, you need to report to the college. You have to actually submit your certificates and fill the application form given by them. You also need to pay admission fee, form fee etc. If you are satisfied with your first counselling seat and, if you are sure that you are going through it, then report to the college as soon as possible otherwise wait for the second counselling.
