YOU CAN NOT CHANGE UNIVERSITY IN MID OF ANY COURSE YOU CAN CHANGE ONLY COLLEGE UNDER SAME UNIVERSITY

Migration of University is not possible in between the degree. U can migrate to another university for next degree program.
