You have already got good list of books. Arup do read competition success Review(It is Must). You will get interviews of people who already qualified for IAS, Contact details of coaching institutions and also name of good publication who provide books for preparation for IAS. Keep on reading news

you have to good knowledge of general study you can prefer tatamacgraw hill or spectrum book for general study , maths from 6-10 c;ass prefer arihant publication book , CSR ,magazine for current affairs, and english
