yes you can do two courses at same time first by regular and second by distance. (only IGNOU offers this facility)
but remember it will give you tons of study pressure and may affect your Btech percentage because exams of IGNOU are very tough .

its better to concentrate on your b.tech bcoz. if you pursuing b.tech then why u r trying to go for BCA.
