sir, I am a calicut unvty student.I have scored 74%marks in B.Tech CS.Is there any need for gre/toefl since medium of instructn was english?

i want to study in singapore.. and i wanted to know whether i have to write any competitive exams.. can you also suggest me some colleges at singapore which i can join with this mark. thank you..
