Sir, i am a fresher qualified cwa, i want to start my career abroad,now i want to know which countries have recognised icwa?

My first doubt is that whether i will get a job abroad since i dont have any post qualification experience.Second doubt is how many countries have recognised icwa, whether i can work in singapore as a cost accountant?
