Hi,
If you wish to pursue the degree just for gaining knowledge, you can go ahead with distance degree.
But if you wish to practice as a lawyer, then the part time education might not allow you for the same as per the rules of Bar Council of India.

Yes, aru.chopra is right; BCI rules does not allows you to practice in courts if you haven't passed LLB through Regular mode. Although doing LLB is good for knowledge and there is no age limit for LLB in distance learning mode.
