sir i am a indian army soldier.i was complited my BSc(FISH & FISHRIES) 1st & 2nd year in 2008 & 2009 from DAVV INDORE.then i joned indian army.i want to compleat 3rd year but my HOD said only regular student can compleat. please suggest me sir how can i compleat my degree.
