Dear SunithaYES you can change your stream from science to commerce after 12th by opting for B.Com or rather opting for professional degree like B.B.A or B.C.A. And as for facing problems in commerce section after 12th you may face a little difficulty under accountancy but that is not a problem it needs a little attention and concentration, but it is not that much hard, and for the rest subjects they can be managed quite easily. After B.Com you can do CA.
