You should get through the cut-offs of the course in competitive exams

Yes, Xavier's is a good brand name among top B-Schools in India. For rural management you can opt for XSRM. You can also look for other institutes like IRMA (Institute of Rural Management), SIBM-Bangalore, KIIT, XISS-Ranchi.
