For being private candidate from State Education Councils , intermediate councils or NIOS you have to have 2yrs invested. You can take up BPP from IGNOU as described below, there are some more suggestions which helped many students in your case as I have seen in my career as Higher Sec. Teacher.

Please go nearby centre of National Institute of Open Schooling and try for 12th standard. Now they will advise you whether a 11th failed certificate can be used or not.Regards/

hi devika first never share ur contact info/emails now yes..u can if u are from cbse student u have to just pay little amount approx 500 for regsirtation and the same school will help u to guide rest process...or u may contact regionl office...all the best..
