I am filling application form of undergraduate TIET and they are asking for my Punjabi resident certificate (domicile).
If you did your 12th from Punjab, you're usually eligible for the Punjab quota even if you don't have a separate domicile certificate.I'd just select “No” for the domicile certificate if you don't have one and continue filling the form. In most cases, your Punjab school documents are enough.
