Sir, I am from Nepal. I am studying Aeronautical engineering in vel tech. What procedure should I follow for the appearing CDS exam?

Sir, I am now in the fourth year and I will complete my degree in Aug 2021. My age will be 23 years in the year 2021. Can I apply for the Airforce academy? Do I need a separate link or who I can apply for it? Please send me details I am much interested for it?
