Always give priority to government colleges. Go for NITs. You will get more exposure, plus the teachers are highly qualified. So they can guide you the best.

If you are interested in CSE, you can go for IIIT, Hyderabad. IIIT, Hyderabad's CSE curriculum is well designed and will give you a good exposure. But you should have an interest in coding.

IIIT Hyderabad is far better in academics, and is well renowned for CSE all over India. For NIT's campus life is better.
