You can get IHM Chennai, IHM Gandhinagar, IHM Goa, IHM Hyderabad, IHM Jaipur and IHM Lucknow. Try hard for either IHM Chennai or IHM Hyderabad or IHM Goa. The others if you are not able to get into these colleges. By round 3 you might get into IHM Chennai. But with your rank you can get into all the IHMs except, Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru. -

With rank of 3910 general category, you will get good college's but not the top 3 you will get Chandigarh, Kolkata, Jaipur, Hyderabad, you have scored well but category general. Don't worry you will make it to good college. All the best for future. -

Chennai IHM, military IHM and IHM Mumbai will be the best options as they are known for their success and also can be best in IHM space in order or learning and placements try getting into these via counselling which will be done 2 times choose wisely.

You should have tried harder for JEE. By the way, you did quite well. My suggestions are multiple choice for you, it is you who have to decide which college fits you best. According to your rank you can get admission in IHM Jaipur, IHM Lucknow, IHM Gandhinagar and many more but, you should go for one of the above mentioned IHMs. Good luck for your future.
