Hello abhinav,firstly don't be confused.choose that field in which you want to do.also after b.com you can do job and side by side continue your studies.
you can do mba, m.com, pg diploma etc.

Please let us know in detail what are you doing currently for better advice, if you are working then I would suggest you to continue working for atleast one more year and then opt for a full time MBA or PGDM program.
