sir i am in 3rd year i have one back log in 4th sem ,is it considered in interview time. though i have good communication skills.

Sometimes, it matters with many reputed companies but not at all. Appear with clearing all backlogs to interview, If you are having good guts then interviewer will be impressed with your communication skills too. So, try to clear your backlog first!
