Hi,
Yes your idea to gain work experience first is good. You can register yourself with various job portals and land into a good job.
Thereafter, work for a while and gain reasonable work experience. Once you personally feel ready to take the jump, pick E-MBA which is meant for working profession

you can do MBA from BIFM college, they are giving the job opportunity after 1st year only and the class of 2nd year are on weekends. the MBA-BIFM is designed in such a way that it will give there students multiple advantages as compared to a normal MBA degree, in the same period of 2 years. www.bif
