Sir I am in confusion which one should I take either BE or B.Sc. If BE in that which is best for girls.

You should go with B.E. /B.Tech. Instead of B.Sc. Because B.E. Students have the advantages over B.Sc. In terms of employment opportunities. B.E. CSE, ECE, IT, Biotech etc. Are the preferred engineering branches for girls.
