Sir,i am physically disabled,my disability is 62% and belongs to general category,please help me.

Sir,i am physically disabled,my disability is 62% and belongs to general category,my jee main score is 51 and 338 marks in cbse 12th board exam, i have also given jee advanced.Sir i want to ask that i get admission in nit or central government colleges or not, so please guide me what to do.
