Civil Engg is not a easy branch.........it would be become very difficult for you to handle both courses , so first complete yr b.tech then go for these type of courses......

Untill you clear Civil engg, I think you must focus on this only as trying to ride two boats simultaneously so early in your life might dwindle your balance.
