i am working with reputed bank as probationary officer since 2009.i have a technocal background so i want to shift to a software company so please suggest me a course so that i can use my banking experience.i am using finacle and fcrm softwares now

Dear Jagadeesh, if your ambition & interest is there it will be very easy for you to achieve your aim in the career. You start with the software courses in which your interest is.

Do MCA it is good for you. I think you develop himself as a software developer for banking operation.For this you have a option with Indian banks association
