Sir, I belong to OBC & my general rank is 17800, and OBC rank is 5095. Can I get CSE branch in KIET/AKG/JSS/ABES?

You can get admission in ABES or AKGEC with a very less chance in both.

Although your rank is not that good for confirming whether you will get a seat or not, you should try out by contacting colleges over the phone. The highest chances to the lowest chances of admission –
ABES
KIET
AKGEC
JSS -
I think, you can get into ABES and KIET CSE but for JSS and AKG, it will very tough or I can say, no chance to get in.
