Sir i complted b.com in 2008. my age is 27. i want to do b.ed. is AP DSC SGT posts not eligible for b.ed? but b.ed best for now or not?

Sir my age 27 running. i decided to do b.ed (AP). i heared recently DSC SGT posts are not eligible for b.ed candidates. so my career option is correct or not right now? and how will be career as b.ed teacher and salaries. please guide me sir.
