Sir, i did my 10 2 in 2002 with PCM.Now i completed diploma in ECE from JRN RVD university in 2011. I want to know that the diploma is valid

After completed 10 2 in 2002 i am working from 2005 to till now. I completed diploma in ECE from JRN Rajasthan vidhyapeeth deemed university in 2011. I want to know that the diploma is valid in govt sector or could i get admission in btech regular / AMIE on the basis of diploma.
