Maybe you can, by spending a lot of money.
Dude I got 145 in neet, yet am struggling.
Even I wont be able to get into any govt medical college.
Private ones charge a myriad fee for mbbs.

Yes of course you can,
but it seems difficult to have admission on merit. So also try for the state exams and management quota seats.
