Computer science engineering will be difficult for you with this score. Although you can get admission in other branches like information technology, electronics and communications engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering etc in iem.
If you are highly interested in computer science engineering, then apply for techno india salt lake, haldia, heritage also. There you can easily get cse.

Yes Mintu, its very much probable that you will get admission in CSE in IEM. Last year the closing tfw rank after 3rd rank was 3699. You will surely get all other branches. You might have to wait till the last round of counseling. Btw, you should also apply for CSE in Heritage. Best of luck -
