To be admitted, you must register on your own. Of course, you must take their own entrance exam for institutions that are recognised to be universities. Here is the same answer once again. :I am attaching below link that will give you all the required information about different colleges offering this branch of engineering for studies. You need to register yourself for admission. Of course for deemed to be universities you need to appear for their own entrance examination.
