Your rank seems to be quite low. The cut offs these days is going very high. But, I will advise you to follow the counselling process till the last. Hopefully, you will be able to secure seat.

Hi, Your rank is quite low to get the admission in the counselling rounds, but in the spot/vocational rounds of counselling you should try for it.

Despite of your reservation quota ,1039 rank won't be enough to secure you a seat in 5 years LLB course, as there is much competition for the seats and seats are also few so, better luck next time. Try to get a rank of less than 500 to secure a seat. All the best.
