Your rank seems to be quite low. The cut offs these days is going very high. But, I will advise you to follow the counselling process till the last. Hopefully, you will be able to secure seat. -

Your rank is quite low to get the admission in the counselling rounds, but in the spot/vocational rounds of counselling you should try for it. -
Despite of your reservation quota ,1039 rank won't be enough to secure you a seat in 5 years LLB course, as there is much competition for the seats and seats are also few so, better luck next time. Try to get a rank of less than 500 to secure a seat. All the best.
