It'll depend on what branch you want. With 104 marks you'll get biotech, biomedical, print and media technology, automobile and aeronautical mostly. With 51000 rank, you'll get biotech and biomedical at SRM.

SRM is better in terms of placements and campus life as compared to MIT.

I would suggest you to just do some research on your own as which is more comfortable and suitable for you, choose that only.
If you are getting the branch you want in anyone of the above two then chose that one only.
And if you are getting the branch in both the colleges then look for the fee structure and infrastructure as well as faculty.
