    Hi,
    you have qualified jee and I hope you have min aggregate % in 10+2 i.e. 50%and 70% depending on the type of board if you have then I think you should apply it would be really difficult to get a CSE but still you should try and I would prefer you to look towards private colleges and for more you can visit https://shiksha.com and then you can apply filters according to you and it will give you all the information and will help you find a good college:)
