No, you cannot do any course in MITS College as your obtained mark is too low for admission into any course in any engineering stream college. So, better luck next time. However I would suggest there are many other courses that you can try for so go on and give other entrance exams and hope for the

As your marks is way too low, you can't get any seat here. Plus your percentage also won't matter much. Try for something else. There are a lot of other entrance exams. Try that out. But for MITS it is not possible.
