Sir, i got 51% in 10+2. which is the best college to pursue bba for me? can we take bba without maths in 12 exm?

I got 51% with phy,chem and C.Sc. but didn't get through maths in board exm. and also i got 51% in NIOS with phy,chem and maths. is maths a compulsory sub in 12 to pursue bba? if not, then i want to study bba in delhi. pliz tell me whats the best for me. thnk u
