Dear Chirag. Forget DU Chirag! The cut-off there is under 10000. So, with your rank, you won't get admission there. There are good colleges apart from DU & IP too. BITS Patna, NIT Jalandhar, NIT Srinagar, NITs in North-East you should opt for. CHEERS!

For Btech in DU or IP first of all you need to crack the entrance exam, after that you will get admission. There is no provision of admission on merit or marks basis.
