You have got a good percentiles. However, with this score, it might be difficult to get VIT Pune in the very first round. Still apply and wait until the results of last rounds are announced. You might get it then. It also depends on the Branch of interest. Computer would be difficult, but you can think of ELEX/E&TC. -

Hi Ayush, yes, you can get admission in VIT Pune with this score in JEE Mains. But you will get branches other than computer science engineering like information technology, electronics engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering etc. So, apply for these branches.
