sir,i had completed my b.tech in IT field and i am now ready to mba in hyderabad ,which field like (HR,IT,BA)

Best way to do away with this confusion to take up Dual Specialisation. Later when you realise that you perform better in the one then use the other just as supporting skill. Knowledge of HR-management is very helpful for career rise. You will come to know employer psychology, how to sell your skills with effective negotiation, Laws related to employment, appraisal and termination or retirement, ESI- P.F. Training methods, professional development, manage your own career plans and job changes for moving up on better proposition. So, whether you I.T or anything, knowledge of H.R will help you in your career. More over H.R managers are always preferably given team leader ship roles and they soon grow as H.R manager or Head where as with I.T as a domain expertise you need to perform exceptionally better than other team members to become their leader (BOSS). H.R management or H.R.D related job is the key to quicker and higher rise in corporate ladder with comparatively lesser effort as required with Marketing, R&D or I.T as Core Competency. If not much interested in H.R atleast read H.R columns in news papers or subscribe H.R.D times from A.I.M.A or read books like that of Mr. Awathapa's book on Human Resource Management. Knowledge of H.R management will act like a blessing for your career growth - the rat race of life.
