    Best way to do away with this confusion to take up Dual Specialisation. Later when you realise that you perform better in the one then use the other just as supporting skill. Knowledge of HR-management is very helpful for career rise. You will come to know employer psychology, how to sell your skills with effective negotiation, Laws related to employment, appraisal and termination or retirement, ESI- P.F. Training methods, professional development, manage your own career plans and job changes for moving up on better proposition.
