INZ will not consider your visa application as a positive profile application, if your IELTS score is less than 5.5 & you must submit the best possible visa application to seek a positive response from INZ. Hi Shabana, to go to Nz minimum requirement set by the High Commission is 5.5 and to get admission at a Nz Univ or college easily it is recommended to score 6.0. Hence, with 4.5 you will have to go for ELICOS or EAP course. If you do not want to take up additional course and spend extra 2-3 lacs on
