Sir i have 4 years exp in electrical const. Considering the high course fees Please tell scope,Pay that i will get if i do IPR in GIIP.

I am a BTech in Electrical Engg. having 4 yrs of experience. working as Asst. Manager (Const.) in state Electricity Board. Like to pursue IPR. Please help me with a good institute, scope and pay in IPR.
