Dear prashant, for getting admission in any reputed mgmt college you need to qualify CAT/ MAT for which one should have min. 50% aggregate in UG, so it is better to redo UG, rather to try any course in distance mode. that will be better for your future.

with 40% marks in your UG, you may try out ignou for MBA.
they have their won entrance called OPENMAT.
