Hi Sushil, there are lots of Govt banks that provide the loan facility to Indian students willing to study abroad. The main criteria for application is you should have a proper offer letter from the college or unviersity where you want to pursue your studies and a collateral to show to the bank on w

So many govt. banks like Indian bank, SBI bank, Punjab national bank etc. are providing education lone; rate of interest bank to bank is different. For education lone you need to submit some document like fee structure of course for which you are taking education lone, educational certificate, etc.
