Sir, i have B.A Degree frm Hindi Vidhyapeeth Deogarh and now i have got the job overseas and they are asking me to do HRD from college and then state govermt and then from ministry from delhi.can this be done for Vidhyapeeth Deogarh certificate. please suggest

If doing HRD from state government is the specific requirement of your job then I think you have to do it.
