A B Sc in Sciences would not be a bad choice. Some deemed universities require only 45% aggregate for admissions to their Medicine programmes, watch out for them.

The course selection depends on your interests. First you need to find out which field you are interested so that you can excel in that field, then find out various career options in that field. It is as easy to do a google search.
