    Hi,
    M.SC IT eligibility says- B.SC IT/CS or B.C.A graduate.
    I would say that you can pick M.C.A if you had Maths in class XII since you are interested for Software Programming.
    Also, to share a few tips-
    *Train yourself in either JAVA or OOPS or C++ language as per your choice. Review your programming books or do a number of projects on your own.
    *Join a computer programming community forum on the Internet as that could be quite handy with getting your mastery on the computer language of your choice.
    *Take a certification test as it certainly adds to your credibility as a computer programmer and makes a nice and impressive entry in your r
