First of all, I would like to clarify that degree name is not MSW rather it is MA in Human Resources Management & Labour Relations. Marks are important not only for eligibility but also it shows your academic excellence. But again, there are lots of other things like TISSNET score, PIT, PI, Work Exp

You can look for any rankings or reports from InsideIIM about TISS HRM. It is 2nd best HRM program in the country after XLRI Jamshedpur. Average salaries are around 18.5 Lakhs from the campus which is one of the highest amongst all the B-School of the country.
