sir i have completed B.Com in MG university on 2014, got 2 backpapers ,how can i transfer my credit to another university,is it possible now

    No, it cant be transferred to other universities and colleges. It will be possible after the proper implementation of NEP.
    Till then you can npt transfer your credits.
