As already answered by Mr Nitin, you can take admission but with a clause that you have to clear your compartments.

You can apply for admission but with a clause. You will be awarded PG Diploma only after you complete your compartment papers.

Sorry you are not eligible you haven't completed your graduation. You need to clear the compartments and thereafter can apply for this course. -
You have not passed graduation and so you will not get a passing certificate. You are not eligible for the post-graduation course. Clear your backlogs to be eligible. -
Hello Ankita, as you have 3 subjects pending, first clear those and then only you are eligible for this course. Minimum qualification required for this course is graduation.
