DEPENDS ON YOUR PG PROGRAM -IS IT EQUIVALENT TO MASTERS OR NOT-SEVERAL BUSINESS SCHOOLS GIVE PG DIPLOMA THAT IS EQUIVALENT TO MASTERS WHEN YOU CAN GO FOR PHD IN MANAGEMENT-DR K GOSWAMI

as per UGC guidelines you must complete Masters Degree to enroll for PhD, you have done a Diploma. pl check does this diploma is accepted by AIU as equal to Masters Degree i.e. MBA?
