Is there any option to get admission for engineering(BE or BTech) after graduation(B.Sc. Computers)?

yes it is possible to join Engineering, after completing your Computer science you can join direct second year, it was introduced int the year 2009 onwards.. but minimum seats alone available.. so please improve your percentage you can take computer science engineering or information technology ac
