Dear Ms. Dimple,
If you mean full time MBA or PGDM program then please remember in order to pursue this program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.

Since you have a Commerce background, doing an MBA in Finance or Financial Engineering is not a bad idea. The stream chosen may not be limited to Finance, but can be HR or Marketing depending on your interests.
